Hi all, for those planning to run in this years Hope 24, please make sure you register directly on the website, then Richard will liase with Danny from Hope regards teams etc. It’s the fifth anniversary and we’ve been there from the beginning, will be great to get a few teams again.

Cotswold Way 2018

Hi all,

You may have already seen, (in fact some have already signed up!) that I have put a sign up sheet for the Cotswold way up at club. I’m hoping to get enough people to get at least 2 teams again this year. I believe the date is 30th June 2018.

For those who don’t know what the Cotswold way is, it is an event we’ve enjoyed running the last few years. It’s a 10 stage relay across the Cotswold way, starting at Chipping Camden and finishing at Bath. Each stage varies in length, the shortest being about 11km, the longest about 21km. Each leg has it’s challenges, but all take in the most beautiful scenery. It’s well worth doing. If you’re interested in doing a leg, come and sign up, or speak to myself or any of the committee for more information.

Championship 2018 Announcement

Hi all,

There has been a change in the 2018 championship. In the Short Stuff specialist category, I had included the Cirencester Park 10km in September. This race may not run this year, so in case this is the case, I’ve made the decision to do a straight swap and make the Cirencester Summer Sizzler a club race in it’s place. This takes place on Weds 13th June, (a club night anyway!) and opened this week. Entries found on Entry Central.

Happy running,

Elaine, Club Captain.
