I want to give a big shout to the brave souls who ventured out tonight, quite horrendous conditions for a hill session. Tonights 14 Hero’s Louise, Simon, James, Hazel, Sallie C, Sally J, Ollie, Sophie, Ron, Caroline T, Tracey, Roy, Kirsty and me. Never been blown up hill before
