Whilst some of you will be enjoying the Cotswold Way Relay this weekend, spare a though for club member Henry Church who will be taking part in the oldest 100 mile trail race in the world. Starting in Squaw Valley California the course climes over 18,000 feet and descends some 23,000 feet. The course includes a chest deep river crossing and day time temperatures will exceed 40c.
