    Hi Runners

    Well done to all you runners for getting out there this weekend, but I hope you won’t mind me singling out one runner. I just wanted to give a big shout to Sharon Smith and her new marathon PB of 3:49:08,. That wast not just a great performance it was bloody outstanding. Sharon is now ranked No.3 in Great Britain in her masters age category. It would be great if she was given the opportunity to wear a GB vest in a masters event. Well done Sharon, you little star.

    Thankyou John I had a great time made all the more wonderful by the support I was given by my fellow club members who helped me overcome my pre-race jitters. THANK YOU!
