Here are the results from the questionnaire I gave out a few months ago…..
Interesting results, especially the percentage of runners who prefer trail and hill running!
Pork scratchings whilst on the run!!! Mind you, I had a fig roll at a feed station on the Naunton 19 last weekend to help me up a pretty steep hill, it didn’t help me up the hill. But 10 minutes later I was zipping along (relatively speaking). Must try them again!
