7pm this Thursday 28th. My house – see me if you need address. Opportunity to try some reflexology and share training plans, exercises and stretches. Nibbles and drinks!!!
Thanks ever so much Caroline for last night. Reflexology was ace. Jasmine did a fab job. Food and nibbles amazing. Shame I missed the rest of the evening but was great to see everyone. Day 1 of plank challenge. Omg! 20 seconds is a lot! Am aching already.:( xxxxx
