    Thanks for message.

    I heard someone call it brutal and to me it was. Long story but they deposit you in a field 3 hours before the race and it was blooming freezing. I had to steal a bin bag and had a stolen Virgin blanket and a sweat top over my shirt. Plus I resorted to running in all that clobber for over 5 miles and with a free dunkin doughnuts hat !

    Missed my target as faded with exhaustion and cramp and never a day or course for great times. Difficult prep with kids in NYC as well as can’t rest much.Hey still an hour better than 2013!

    All advice welcome on where I go from here
