    Good luck to Sampo who will be in London on Sunday for the Tri. Andy is doing the Olympic distance, 1.5k swim, 40k bike and 10k run.

    Apparently not, I guess the Swimmer didn’t show. He’s now getting wet. Enjoy Matt and don’t Swallow.

    I guess the swimmer showed and didn’t fancy the 750m having only done 50m since he was a teenager!
