    It has been discussed at committee that some runners are taking risks wearing dark clothing rather than recommended HIZ Viz.

    I’ve attached a link to race kit were you can purchase a large selection of head torches to suit all budgets. Not only are they useful for spotting pot holes, tree routes etc and allowing you to run in non-street lit areas, but they also tell drivers and pedestrians “you are coming”.

    For the price of a running jacket they are a good investment (useful for DIY as well although don’t tell my wife).
