Escape to the Country?

I’m hosting a trail run from my house at 9am tomorrow (sorry about the short notice)

It will involve hills and mud (especially mud). Trail shoes are essential, wet feet are inevitable

Likely to be about 11miles although it might be varied if those attending suggest that it should be

Bacon and/or egg roll on completion

Going forward I plan on hosting a few more of these sessions for those of us who like a long trail run
