Just a quick thank you to those who have passed on congratulations having seen my time from Sunday. Had too much on with work to come to training this week.
1:36.29, new PB by 12mins and 41mins quicker than last year on the same course for my first ever race.
A thank you to all at the club as without it I doubt I’d have continued to run quite like I have and improved like I have after doing the marathon in April.
Look forward to training next week after another, slow, half this weekend in Swindon.
Well done Matt, you just seem to be getting faster and faster ! Didn’t know you were doing it so will make sure is in next weeks report.
