Well done to all the runners at this year Bourton 10K, some fantastic results. Anyone would think you’ve been training hard.

I thought some of you would be interested to know a bit about the 4th place runner (33.43). 4th is very good but not the winner, but when I tell you he’s 62 and has set over 30 world records it puts his performance into perspective.

At least you can all say, you’ve raced a world champion
