So actually, I need to clarify… teams of 3-5 can be single sex, if we entered a team of 6-8 it MUST be a mixed-sex team (ie. at least one member of each sex).
Basically, a relay of 10K’s, each taking it in turn, the aim to complete as many 10K laps in the 24 hours… this, by definition, includes night running.
The event takes place in Derbyshire in late July (although exact dates I can’t find!!!)

Sounds fun I may well be up for it pending on exam times.
Definitely enough for the 3-5 team so far… if we want a bigger team we need a female, so girls, come on!
