Staverton 10

On a rather blustery Sunday morning, the first Championship race of 2018 saw 8 RSE runners compete in this 10 mile, 2 lap course which heads out of the airport and into Churchdown; returning to the airport via a brief section through farmland. First back for the club, with a fantastic result in his first 10 mile race, was Tom Cooper very closely followed by Russell Young. It was also a close fight for the ladies with Nadine Brown having to obtain a PB to hold off 2017 Club Champion Elaine Chapman to the finish line.
