RSE Efforts – Running Stronger Training Block

This 7 week training block is focused on developing your running strength.

It’s widely recognised that strong runners can perform at a higher intensity, maintain an efficient running form for longer and are far more resilient to injury.

These efforts sessions will develop your running strength helping you to train more effectively and resist injury.
