The club meets at the Relish Burger bar on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6.30pm. Monday session is normally a longer of run of between 5 and 7 miles.The Wednesday session is normally speed, hill or intervals to improve your cardio fitness and strength.
Many of the members also meet at weekends for social runs or to train for specific events. We welcome runners of all abilities.
Members meet at the bar on the first Thursday of every month for a social drink and a bite to eat, other social events are organised through out the year.
