As promised, here is the link to Jantastic for this year. It is intended as a motivational tool for anyone to keep us going through the winter months by having short-term goals to aim for and work towards, culminating in March/April time.
The first month is simply committing to an amount of runs a week, nothing more. The second asks you to commit to a distance of your long run. There is a third part, but I haven’t got my head completely around it yet myself in honesty…
If you want to change your target number of runs for January then you’ve got until tomorrow (Sunday) night to do it – after adjusting my training plan for the next 3 months I’ve just reduced my target.
The challenge kicks off on Monday 6th January. Woo hoo!
