A friendly running club based in Cirencester!

Club Runs and Routes

The club meets at the Old Station Car Park in Cirencester on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6.30pm.

Our Monday session is normally a social training run of between 5 and 7 miles where you can build your running fitness and endurance in a safe environment while meeting and talking to a number of like minded individuals.

We train in a number of different locations and on a variety of different routes throughout the year meaning our runs always feel fresh and you don’t get ‘bored’ of pounding the same tarmac day after day. You can take a look at our regular club routes HERE

To find out which route we are using on any given Monday just click on the event within the Club Calendar

Our Wednesday sessions are a more foccused coaching session led by one of our UK Athletics qualified coaching team. These sessions are made up of speed work, hill training or intervals to improve your cardio fitness and strength. You can find out more about our coaching team and thier qualifications on our Coaching Team page.

In addition to our midweek evening sessions many of our members also meet at weekends for social runs or to train for specific events.
